Promotion Dates: Eligible individuals may enter from 09/13/2021 through the close of business on 11/11/2021 ("Promotion Period"). Any mail in entry must be postmarked by the last day of the Promotional Period and received by Sponsor within five (5) days after the Promotion Period (e.g., Promotion Period ends on November 11, 2021, entry postmarked by November 11th and received by November 16th qualifies; an entry postmarked by November 11th and received by November 17th will not qualify).

Promotor and Sponsor: The Promotion is operated by Classes Online, LLC a Florida Limited Liability company, doing business as ClassForThat, address, 328 Crandon Blvd, Suite 119 #186, Key Biscayne, FL 33149.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are based on the number of entries.

Available Prize: One (1) Apple iPhone 13" with 128GB, SIM-free, standard shipping. AppleCare+ coverage not included. (Retail value $829 plus tax). Winner shall be permitted to select the color of the iPhone 13.

Who May Enter: Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States except Rhode Island, US Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, or other US territories, aged 18 or older as of 09/13/2021, except the following persons who are not eligible to participate:

  1. Individuals residing outside of the eligible area stated above.
  2. Employees, officers, and directors or immediate family member of ClassForThat (collectively "ClassForThat"). For purposes of this Promotion, "immediate family members" is defined as parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and their respective spouses.
    Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the eligible area stated above and where prohibited.

How to Play: There are six ways to play. Participants are limited to entering the Promotion a maximum of one hundred (100) times utilizing the methods outlined below. Any entries submitted in excess of one hundred will be discarded (i.e., 101 entries are received for Jane Smith, 1 entry will be discarded, and Jane Smith will have 100 entries in the Promotion).

  1. REGISTER in https://www.ClassForThat.com: 1 entry maximum.

    Participants can go to https://www.ClassForThat.com and register as a user by entering their first and last name, country, time zone, email, and check either student and/or teacher. Participant will then be promoted to complete a reCAPTCHA security check, click on the "Create Account" button, then Participant must verify their email and create a password. After the email has been verified an entry will be made in the Promotion for the Participant. This step may only be completed once, and participants will receive 1 entry.

  2. CREATE A PROFILE inside ClassForThat: 5 entries maximum.

    Note: Participants must REGISTER in https://www.ClassForThat.com (see above how) first to be able to fill their PROFILE.

    Participants can login to https://www.ClassForThat.com, select the "Profile" tab from the top tool bar, upload a picture, and click the "Save Photo" button, enter their date of birth, enter their residential address, provide a brief description about themselves (minimum 5 words) and then click the "Save" button. Upon clicking "Save" at the bottom of the screen five entries will be made in the Promotion for the Participant. This step may only be completed once, and participants will receive 5 entries.

  3. CREATE A STRIPE ACCOUNT inside ClassForThat: 5 entries maximum.

    Note 1: Teachers need to CREATE A STRIPE ACCOUNT to get paid after giving classes in ClassForThat. Students are NOT able to CREATE A STRIPE ACCOUNT.

    Note 2: Participants must REGISTER and CREATE their PROFILE in https://www.ClassForThat.com (see above how) first to be able to CREATE A STRIPE ACCOUNT.

    Participants can login to https://www.ClassForThat.com, select the "PROFILE" tab from the top tool bar, and click the "Stripe account" button on the right (participants must verify WHO MAY ENTER this promotion above to see if they are eligible) then select UNITED STATES and click the "Select" button in the pop-up window. Note: A STRIPE new page "tab" will open, and all details entered herein after are completely confidential and ClassForThat does not have access to any specific information.

    Participants must enter their phone number and email address in the new page "tab" that will open by itself, and then click the "Continue" button. Participants must enter the code sent to their phone and choose the answers to the questions in the screen, then click the "Continue" button. Participants need to enter their Legal First name and Last name, and then click the "Continue" button. In the next screen, participants need to select whether they would like to get paid in their Bank account or in their Debit Card. After choosing their desired option, participants must answer the confidential questions regarding their Bank account or Debit card, and then click the "Save" button. Participants need to review all the details associated with their Stripe account, modify anything if not correct, and after all details are correct then participants must click the "Submit" button. Upon clicking "Submit" at the bottom of the screen, five entries will be made in the Promotion for the Participant. This step may only be completed once, and participants will receive 5 entries.

  4. CREATE A CLASS inside ClassForThat: 25 entries maximum.

    Note: Participants must REGISTER in https://www.ClassForThat.com (see above how) first to be able to CREATE A CLASS.

    Participants can login to https://www.ClassForThat.com, select the "My Classes" tab from the top tool bar, then select the "Create Class" button. On the next page participants must provide a title for their class in the "Class" fill in text box, then select one of the following 3 choices:

    • In Person, NOTE: To create an In Person class participants need to have an address and their Birth Date in their PROFILE (see above how). If participant already has an address and their Birth Date in their PROFILE, then select Teacher location or Student Location, and follow instructions below.
    • Online, follow instructions below.
    • Recorded, follow instructions below.

    Click the "Create Class" button. On the next page participant must enter the dollar value of the class (hourly rate), provide a description of the class; select the level of the class; select the language of the class; and click the "Save" button. Then click the "Proceed" button in the pop-up window. Once the Participant clicks the "Proceed" button, 5 entries will be submitted in the Promotion. This may be repeated five (5) times subject to the overall cap for one hundred entries. (e.g., if Participant creates 5 classes or more, Participant will receive a maximum of 25 entries).

  5. SCHEDULE A CLASS inside ClassForThat: 100 entries maximum.

    Note 1: Participants must REGISTER in https://www.ClassForThat.com (see above how) first to be able to SCHEDULE A CLASS.

    Note 2: Participants must CREATE A CLASS (at least one class must be created, see above how) first to be able to SCHEDULE A CLASS.

    Note 3: Recorded classes can't be scheduled since those classes can be bought at any time by a student.

    Participants can login to https://www.ClassForThat.com, select "My Calendar" tab from the top tool bar, and then select the "Schedule Classes" button. A pop-up window will appear where the Participant must choose "Single Day" or "Multiple Days"; select the day(s); and start time of the class; enter the duration of the class; and select the applicable class (at least one must be selected) that will be taught.

    • If selected class is Online, follow instructions below.
    • If selected class is In Person at Teacher Location, then Participant must select an address or create a new address if they so choose and follow instructions below.
    • If selected class is In Person at Student Location, Participant must enter the number of miles they are willing to travel, then enter the travel time in minutes they want to block in their calendar for travel time, and finally they must select an address or create a new address if they so choose and follow instructions below.

    Select whether the class will be "Public" or "Reserved".

    • If "Public" is chosen, follow instructions below.
    • If "Reserved" is chosen, then a student's email must be provided and Participant can choose whether to offer a special price to this student by entering the "dollar value" (rate per hour) of this reserved class, and then following instructions below.

    The Participant must then click the "Add Class" button at least one time to add at least one class, and then the "Finish Scheduling Classes" button. A pop-up will appear, and the Participant must click the "Ok" button. Once the Participant clicks the "Ok" button, one entry will be submitted in the Promotion for each class scheduled. The participant will receive a maximum of 100 entries for classes scheduled. If Participant schedules more than 100 classes, participant will receive up to 100 entries for this step.

  6. MAIL A LETTER/POSTCARD to ClassForThat's address: 100 entries maximum.

    Participants can send a letter/postcard to 328 Crandon Blvd, Suite 119 #186, Key Biscayne, FL 33149. with the title "ClassForThat 2021 Fall Promotion"; Participants First and Last Name, Address, Email, a statement that the Participant is aged 18 or older as of 09/13/2021. Participants are responsible for the postage to mail the letter or post card. One entry will be submitted in the Promotion for each letter/postcard received. This may be repeated a maximum of one hundred times subject to the overall cap of one hundred entries.

Redemption: The winner of the Promotion will be announced on 11/16/2021 and will be notified via email to the address provided on the account and/or letter/postcard. The winner will be asked to sign an official claim form, provide proof of age and residency which must meet the prize rules outlined above, complete and return an IRS Form W-9, and sign a media release. If the winner fails to respond or complete the required documentation within ten (10) days a subsequent winner will be notified via email. This process will be repeated until a recipient responds to the email to redeem the prize. Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with receiving the prize. The winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual value of the prize.

Any entry that is damaged in any manner, manipulated, duplicated, fraudulent, forged, destroyed, altered, copied, hand printed, or tampered with in any way, or is obtained outside authorized, legitimate channels, or contains any technical, production, typographical, mechanical, or other errors or mechanical defects of any kind, will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for prize redemption.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: The prize has no cash value and is not transferable. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor relating to the Promotion, which shall be final and binding. All materials submitted for this Promotion become the property of Sponsor. Any person attempting to defraud Sponsor in any manner in connection with this Promotion may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In the event an individual wins the prize and is later found to be in violation of any of these Official Rules, he/she/they will be required to forfeit the prize or to compensate Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if the prize has already been delivered. A polygraph test may be required to further verify the claim. A polygraph test that reveals any fraudulent activity or non- compliance with any rules outlined herein may result in a claim denial. Participation in this Promotion constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use participant's name, city and state of residence, voice, photograph and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion, and trade in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission unless prohibited by law. By participating, Participants agree to hold Sponsor and any company of any kind associated in any way with this Promotion, and each their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, agents, attorneys, and promotional agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the prize (including any injury or harm resulting from the use of the prize), or participation in the Promotion and assume all liability therefore. Released Parties are not responsible for any human, technical, typographical, printing, or other error which may occur in connection with the Promotion, including errors in Promotion-related materials, in the distribution or advertising of these Official Rules, the administration of the Promotion, the processing of numbers or in the announcement of winner. Released parties are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, delayed, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate, or incomplete mail in entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

In Case of Disputes: Each Participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State and County of Participant's residence; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, and in no event will any Participant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or any other legal costs; and (3) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Participant's residence, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions.
